Noah Alldredge

I feel very fortunate for every client we work with and take pride in making their time at BigTime Results an enjoyable, positive, and successful experience!
Noah founded BigTime Results in June 2007 . He wanted to combine his talents as a Registered Dietitian and years of personal training towards a model of new type of fitness facility. Originally, BigTime Results only trained in-home or at the work-site. As the business grew, he was able to open a facility to train out of. We look forward to our continued growth through exceptional customer service and favorable outcomes (BigTime Results) for our clients.
“I feel very fortunate for every client we work with and take pride in making their time at BigTime Results an enjoyable, positive, and successful experience! We know the best way to grow our business is organically through our existing clients and we are thankful for our clients telling others about us!”
BTR personal trainers work with individual clients, classes, and much of our time is with corporate wellness clients. We look forward to growing in every dimension of our business and truly hope we are making a healthy impact on the community in which we reside.

Client Testimonials

Real Experiences, Stunning Results

Shelley Beall

"When I began working with the trainers at BTR, I was a middle-aged wife, mother of two young children, working full-time, “doing it all” woman, who had neglected her own needs (physically and mentally) for years.  Through the exceptional care, guidance, expertise of the personal trainers, and an emphasis on consistency, especially in moments when I feel “low,” I have become a strong, healthy, and considerably happier person in all aspects of my life.  BTR has helped me completely shift my body composition, I've discovered physical and mental strength that I never knew I had, and I found a group of people that I truly count among my best friends.  I will forever be grateful to BTR and it’s personal trainers for creating an atmosphere in which I have been able to thrive in so many ways."
