Austin, originally of El Dorado Springs moved to Springfield when he was 18 years old back in 2011.
As a Personal Trainer, Jimmy likes to identify, and correct movement patterns of the body. Jimmy then gets to work on the correcting process, to make you more efficient. Once these have become more mastered, the next step is to build the body in a healthy manner through various, individual based techniques.
Jimmy has a bachelor's degree in Biomechanics and Kinesiology from MidAmerica Nazarene University. During his time, he was an understudy for pre-occupational Therapy. He attained Certified Personal Trainer and Correctional Exercise Specialist certifications from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Along with correctional exercise, Personal Training, and assessing movement patterns, Jimmy played 5 years of college football where he was taught expert knowledge of Olympic style, strength, and powerlifting from known coaches, Tom Cross and Whitney Rodden.
When Jimmy isn't making clients the best verisons of themselves or strength training himself you can catch him on any body of water catching every species of fish. He also likes to spend his time yelling at the TV when the Detroit Lions are not winning (they lose almost every game), enjoying time with his wife, playing with is son, and anything outdoors.
Cassie is a Personal Trainer who joined the Big Time Results Family in November of 2021. She has experience helping a wide range of ages and abilities, but especially works with women looking to improve their overall health through physical fitness. Cassie likes to live by the philosophy that changes will not happen overnight, but with the right support and dedication, they are possible. Over the course of her career as a personal trainer, Cassie has earned her certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and continues to advance her knowledge and skills as a trainer.
Cassie also holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Missouri State University, where she is also a Per Course Faculty Instructor. In her free time, Cassie enjoys movie nights with friends, finding new dinner spots in Springfield, and taking her beagle, Rosie, to the dog park with her husband and fellow BTR trainer Brian.
Hayden Lewright, originally of Bolivar has been with Big Time Results close to two years now. Hayden is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He works to meet his clients where they are to reach their fitness and health goals. He trains individuals of all ages to attain whatever level of health, fitness, and/or athletic ability they want to achieve. His mission at Big Time Results is to show everyone the value of becoming stronger. Hayden's clients obtain this by learning sound technique that translates to improved daily activities.
When Hayden is not moving around absurd amounts of weight, he like to play video games, spend time with his wife and his personal petting zoo of two dogs and two cats. They also are expecting a new addition to the family/zoo later this year as his wife is expecting!
Brian Bartletti is a Certified Personal Trainer accredited through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Brian grew up in Antigo, Wisconsin and came to Springfield with his wife and fellow BTR trainer, Cassie. He moved to Springfield in January of 2020 and has been training at BTR ever since. He has been a personal trainer for four years, but he has almost ten years of gym experience. Brian received his Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and is set to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University in May of 2023.
With this background, he is well equipped to train individuals from a variety of ages and levels of experience. Beginners are fun to train, since he gets to open their eyes to how fulfilling exercise can be. Many of his client's focus has been improving their body composition or getting stronger, but he also has experience training high school athletes reach their sports goals.
Brian lives by the training philosophy of creating a consistent habit of a healthy lifestyle. There are no shortcuts to getting the results you want – hard work and dedication is your answer. Brian will give you the tools to succeed, but you will determine how far you will go. When he isn’t studying or working out, he loves to play sand volleyball or basketball with friends, play videogames, and hanging with his wife and their beagle Rosie.
Jacob grew up close to the Springfield area in Williard. He attended Missouri State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. After Missouri State he acquired his certification in Personal Training from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Jacob's approach to fitness is to utilize his knowledge and experience to best program for the needs and wants of his clients.
In his spare time, you can catch Jacob with his girlfriend and 3 dogs working on their house or other projects. He often is out mountain biking, spends too much time cleaning and shining his truck, and also works for a local supplement company as well. Jacob is also a professional bodybuilder and has a passion for the sport.
Avoiding any fitness program for a decade, I decided to re-invest in my physical health and overall wellness by joining a gym. Any trepidation that I had prior to my first workout at BTR quickly dissipated as my trainer Austin put me at ease and, as important, made me feel that I naturally belonged there! This despite being among a cohort of friendly folks with far more advanced fitness skills and who were equipped with the innate confidence that comes from years of training. Now, not even a year in, I have (pun intended) seen “big time results.” This includes losing almost 30 pounds and shedding inches everywhere. Having for several years been informed by my physician that I was pre-diabetic and moving ever closer to a cholesterol issue, I recently received a clean bill of health on all counts. My doctor happily reported, “It all looks good!” I have also acquired an exercise vocabulary that heretofore I didn’t know even existed and which makes my fitness gains all the more concrete.
At BTR, you can be assured that the knowledgeable and expert training staff will customize your workouts to reflect where you are and where you can be with committed and consistent effort.
I have never felt more comfortable within the welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental space that is BTR. The workouts are challenging, never boring or repetitious. I am constantly amazed by what I’m able to accomplish each training session. And though working hard, I always manage to have fun. I am so grateful to be part of the BTR family — it has, and continues to be a game-changer for me. Truly one of the best decisions I’ve made!
