Chris Brice

Chris Brice

Hi my name is Chris Brice and I am a certified personal trainer through NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). I am currently doing an Exercise Specialist program at Bryan College. I decided to become a personal trainer because I love fitness  and being healthy, and I want to help other people enjoy the benefits of a fit and healthy lifestyle also. Fitness and sound nutrition not only help people look and feel better about themselves, but they also help to prevent many health related issues such as obesity, diabetes, risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and even common colds. They help to build the immune system as a whole.  I have noticed that since I have seriously gotten into fitness and healthy eating that I rarely ever get sick, and if I do it is very mild and I fight through it quickly.
