Personal Training with Big Time Results

Personal Training = 1 on 1 or small group training combined with our nutrition expertise from our registered dietitian to make your ultimate fitness goals a reality!

Big Time Results personal training is like no other. We include every aspect of wellness to make you successful! Our program includes:


  • In-depth Health Risk Assessment (HRA)- Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Body Fat
  • Goal Setting- SMART Goals
  • Dietary Recall with a Registered Dietitian
  • Nutritional Resources to help with your success
  • Fitness Testing
  • DEXA Scan (gold standard in body composition measurements)

Your training with a BigTime Certified Trainer will be based off of your HRA, goals, and baseline fitness level. Your trainer will continuously design a program that meets your individual needs.

Our registered dietitian will develop a healthy eating plan that allows you to choose what you eat, teaches you variety, moderation, and how your new plan fits with your new, healthier, lifestyle.

We offer Personal Training at our facility or in-home. When in-home, we bring all of our own equipment , but we will gladly incorporate your own equipment to complement the workouts when applicable.
