Facility Personal Training
We have a 1 on 1 studio and also a group exercise room when classes are not going on concurrently. We have a wide array of equipment to use with our Personal Training at our facility, some conventional and some unconventional.
We use Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainer, Plyo Boxes, Buddy System, Heavy Resistance Bands, Olympic Lifts, Verti Max, Sleds, DynoMax Balls, Parachutes, Agility Ladder. We also have your traditional equipment like: Dumbbells, Medicine and Exercise Balls, Bosu Ball, Ellipticals, Treadmills, Squat Racks and much more.
We Personal Train anywhere between 5am-9pm Monday-Friday and by appointment on Saturdays.

Our Trainers specialize in adapting exercise regimens to the individual whether that be a certain goals, like an upcoming high school reunion, or running that 1st 10K! Our personal trainers will take into account any limiting factors an individual might have like back, knee, or shoulder limitations, to develop a plan that will not only prevent further damage but strengthen that weak area.
Our Registered Dietitian will develop a healthy eating plan that will allow you to choose what you eat that teachs variety and moderation and that you will be able to continue as part of your new healthier lifestyle.
Our Registered Dietitian will even go to the grocery store with you and help you fill up your cart with nutritious and delicious items.
If you struggle with keeping your cholesterol in check and have blood pressure or blood sugar abnormalities, our dietitian can help alleviate those problems by connecting the strong correlation that nutrition plays with those issues.
