Personal Training = 1 on 1 or small group training combined with our nutrition expertise from our Registered Dietitian to make your ultimate fitness goals a reality!

  • Dietary Recall with a Registered Dietitian

Your training with a BigTime Certified Trainer will be based off of your HRA, Goals, and Baseline Fitness Level. Your trainer will continuously design a program that will meet your individual needs.

Our Registered Dietitian will develop a healthy eating plan that allows you to choose what you eat, teaches you variety and moderation, and how your new plan applies to your new healthier lifestyle.

We offer Personal Training at our facility or in-home. When in-home, we bring all of our own equipment that is needed to have a successful workout, but we will gladly use your equipment to complement the workouts when applicable.
