Hi my name is Michael Knapp. I am a personal trainer with a certification from American Sports and Fitness Association. Starting with four years of military service and continuing throughout my young adult life, health and fitness has stayed a priority and my passion. Personal training is not just a job but something I just enjoy doing.
I believe that first and foremost exercise should be safe. A close second, is that exercise should bring results. And last, but certainly not least, “exercise should be fun”. I like to challenge and encourage my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning. I have worked with all types of clients, from younger clients wanting to run their first 5k, to older clients needing weight loss or joint pain relief. As your trainer I will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help to achieve ALL of your fitness goals.
