In the State of Missouri Registered Dietitians are the only profession that legally can give nutrition counseling, which is understandable since they have to obtain a bachelors degree in Dietetics followed by an extensive clinical experience to even be able to qualify to sit to become a Registered Dietitian. We want to pass our nutrition expertise onto clients and develop an individual plan that will teach them the appropriate way to healthy eating that they can sustain for the long haul also known as lifestyle change!

15 Nutritional Recommendations to be a Lean Mean Grilling Machine!
- Eat non starchy veggies at lunch and dinner
- Drink at least 48-64oz of water/day
- Eat out 3 or less times/week
- Eat at least 25grams of fiber/day
- Take 20 minutes to eat your main meals
- Don’t drink your calories
- Have at least 2 servings of whole fruit/day
- Eat Breakfast every day
- Try to limit carbohydrates within 5 hours of bedtime
- Take a multivitamin everyday
- Plan your meals
- Shop the perimeter of the grocery store
- Eat snacks that are less than 200 calories that consist of a protein and fiber source
- Stress eat on non starchy veggies
- Brush your teeth right after dinner

Fruited Chicken Salad Recipe
3 Cans of White Chicken Breast
1 Can of Crushed Pineapple in Pineapple Juices
2 Cups of Diced Red Grapes
1/2 cup of Olive Oil Mayo
2oz of Crushed pecans
Season with curry and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and the secret is to not drain all the juice off the crushed pineapple (provides more moisture for you do not have to use too much mayo), once mixed stuff in St. Josephs Flax Pita!
