Our Personal Training at BigTime Results is developed from the clients Health Risk Assessment (HRA) (Includes a cholesterol screening), client’s goals and client's results during their fitness testing. After assessing these 3 components we develop a plan of success for our clients. That plan includes an individualized workout and nutrition plan! We have our very own Registered Dietitian that will develop a healthy plan for any goals that is a realistic and sustainable plan to follow. Our Certified Personal Trainers will develop and implement a workout plan that will help you meet all your individual goals! Included with our Personal Training, you get free admission to our Bootcamp and Yoga classes! This is a great opportunity for another programmed session led by a Certified Trainer!

Your training with a BigTime Certified Trainer will be based off of your Health Risk Assessment (HRA), Goals, and Baseline Fitness Level. Your trainer will continuously design a program that will meet your individual needs.
Our on-staff Registered Dietitian will also complement your goals with your health eating plan to maximize your results.
We offer Personal Training at our facility or in-home. When in-home, we bring all of our own equipment that is needed to have a successful workout, but we will gladly use your equipment to complement the workouts when applicable.
